Before you start your new business, let us advise you on the right type of business entity for your venture. There are various business entities to choose from (e.g. LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, etc). In our initial business consultation we discuss the entity that is best for your business as well as what state you should use to form your business entity. Our new business startup package provides up to a 60 minute initial consultation for a flat fee. If you choose to use our firm to then incorporate or organize your business entity, the fee will be credited toward your new business organization.
