“Bryan is very easy to work with and has great expertise regarding legal contracts.”
– Andrea P.
Step 1: You have an initial consultation with an Attorney, where you specify the purpose of the contract.
Step 2: Your Attorney preforms a comprehensive contract review for:
- Accurate reflection of agreed upon terms, if any
- Inconsistencies and/or structural problems
- Perceived legal and/or business risks
- Negotiating opportunities (e.g., material omitted terms, non-industry standard rates).
Step 3: Your Attorney sends you a summary of their review, explaining what the contract does and what it requires of you. They also identify each area that could benefit from changes and summarize those changes for you. NOTE: Basic review does not include edits of the contract or draft revisions.
Step 4: You have a 60-minute follow up call with your Attorney to discuss the contract. During this call, your Attorney will answer any questions you may have about negotiating the contract and suggest changes you may want to negotiate.
Includes everything from the Basic Review, in addition your Attorney will draft revisions for the contract (typically via track changes in Microsoft Word). Your Attorney will provide their revisions in a format you can share directly with the other party.
Your Attorney will include explanations for nearly every change they make so the other party has a clear understanding of why you’re requesting the change.
During your 60-minute follow up call, your Attorney can answer any questions you may have about the contract and how you should approach negotiations.
After your follow up call , your Attorney will make any additional revisions and finalize the contract document to be sent to the other party.
Due to the uncertainty of the time commitment, we cannot include negotiations (e.g. going back and forth with the other party until an agreement is reached) in the Basic and Advanced Review fixed-prices. Any negotiations will be billed at our hourly rate ($250/hr).
